國(guó)家層面，《“健康中國(guó)2030”規(guī)劃綱要》等綱領(lǐng)性文件為健康體檢行業(yè)的發(fā)展提供了良好的政策環(huán)境。在醫(yī)養(yǎng)結(jié)合領(lǐng)域，國(guó)家衛(wèi)生健康委會(huì)同有關(guān)部門持續(xù)出臺(tái)政策措施，深入推進(jìn)醫(yī)養(yǎng)結(jié)合工作。2015年以來(lái)，政策明確鼓勵(lì)為計(jì)劃生育特殊家庭等行動(dòng)不便或確有困難的老年人提供定期體檢、上門巡診、家庭病床、社區(qū)護(hù)理、健康管理等基本服務(wù)。

At the national level, landmark documents such as the "Healthy China 2030" plan provide a favorable policy environment for the development of the health examination industry. In the field of medical and elderly care integration, the National Health Commission, together with relevant departments, continues to introduce policy measures to deepen the work of medical and elderly care integration. Since 2015, policies have explicitly encouraged the provision of basic services such as regular physical examinations, home visits, family beds, community care, and health management for elderly people with mobility difficulties or genuine difficulties in family planning special families.

地方層面的政策創(chuàng)新同樣可圈可點(diǎn)。衛(wèi)生健康委、民政局、疾控局聯(lián)合發(fā)文，鼓勵(lì)基層醫(yī)療衛(wèi)生機(jī)構(gòu)為養(yǎng)老機(jī)構(gòu)中65歲及以上的入住老年人開展每年一次的集中上門健康體檢。重慶市渝中區(qū)則明確規(guī)定，社區(qū)衛(wèi)生服務(wù)中心應(yīng)結(jié)合老年人健康體檢結(jié)果，每年對(duì)轄區(qū)65歲及以上居家養(yǎng)老的老年人提供2次醫(yī)養(yǎng)結(jié)合服務(wù)，內(nèi)容包括血壓測(cè)量、末梢血血糖檢測(cè)、康復(fù)指導(dǎo)、護(hù)理技能指導(dǎo)、保健咨詢、營(yíng)養(yǎng)改善指導(dǎo)等。對(duì)于高齡、失能、行動(dòng)不便的老年人，還可提供上門服務(wù)。

Chongqing Yuzhong District has clearly stipulated that community health service centers should provide medical and elderly care services twice a year to elderly people aged 65 and above who live at home in their jurisdiction, based on the results of their health check ups. The services include blood pressure measurement, peripheral blood glucose testing, rehabilitation guidance, nursing skills guidance, health consultation, and nutrition improvement guidance. For elderly people who are elderly, disabled, or have limited mobility, on-site services can also be provided.
