Before starting the follow-up work, first open the tablet in the follow-up package and log in to the system. For newly visited residents, the system supports two quick filing methods: one is to use the OCR function to directly shoot the ID card face, and the system will automatically identify and extract the name, ID number and other basic information; Secondly, it supports manual input. 在“檢查中心”模塊，依次開(kāi)啟藍(lán)牙血壓計(jì)、血糖儀、體溫槍及心電采集盒等設(shè)備，點(diǎn)擊平板上的對(duì)應(yīng)圖標(biāo)進(jìn)行一鍵連接。測(cè)量時(shí)，只需按照常規(guī)規(guī)范為居民量血壓、采血測(cè)血糖或測(cè)量體溫，檢測(cè)結(jié)束后，各項(xiàng)生理指標(biāo)數(shù)據(jù)會(huì)自動(dòng)同步顯示在系統(tǒng)的相應(yīng)位置并保存。若需進(jìn)行心電圖檢測(cè)，指導(dǎo)居民雙手握住心電采集盒電極片，按下測(cè)量鍵即可完成。

In the "Examination Center" module, turn on the Bluetooth blood pressure monitor, blood glucose meter, thermometer, and electrocardiogram collection box in sequence, and click the corresponding icon on the tablet to connect with one click. When measuring, it is only necessary to measure the blood pressure, blood glucose, or body temperature of residents according to conventional norms. After the detection is completed, various physiological indicators data will be automatically synchronized and displayed in the corresponding positions of the system and saved. 所有生理數(shù)據(jù)采集完畢后，進(jìn)入“隨訪管理”模塊。無(wú)論是高血壓還是糖尿病隨訪，系統(tǒng)都會(huì)將剛才測(cè)量的結(jié)果自動(dòng)填充至隨訪表單中。醫(yī)務(wù)人員只需補(bǔ)充完善用藥情況、生活方式等其他問(wèn)診信息，點(diǎn)擊保存即可生成完整的電子隨訪記錄。最后，在記錄列表中選中該條隨訪表，點(diǎn)擊“上傳”按鈕，數(shù)據(jù)便會(huì)實(shí)時(shí)同步至國(guó)家基本公共衛(wèi)生服務(wù)平臺(tái)。

After collecting all physiological data, enter the "Follow up Management" module. Whether it is follow-up for hypertension or diabetes, the system will automatically fill the results measured just now into the follow-up form. Medical personnel only need to supplement and improve medication use, lifestyle, and other consultation information, and click save to generate a complete electronic follow-up record. Finally, select the follow-up form from the record list, click the "Upload" button, and the data will be synchronized in real-time to the National Basic Public Health Service Platform.
